Responsibility for the performance and compliance of a global provider network under the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP), the healthcare plan for all U.S. military outside mainland USA.

❖ Strategic and operational lead, overseeing a global team (total of 49) in 7 countries, managing 5,500 partner facilities in 325 locations, with USD 150 million claims volume from 165,000 beneficiaries.

❖ Transformed Network operations, consistently achieving performance KPIs, contractual compliance in medical service and passing U.S. Government Quality Audits.

❖ Devised a novel KAM model strengthening local customer ties, contributing to a record satisfaction rate for government contractors.

❖ Built a new team of local Relationship Managers across Eurasia-Africa to overcome partnership and process issues. Introduced SaaS solutions in support of provider billing compliance.

❖ Freed up capacity by a 20% network optimization for additional quality measures and further expansion, adding 20 more networks, earning additional revenues of USD 100 million p.a.

❖ Devised a business plan and implemented a global Pricing initiative, resulting in 1 million USD initial annual savings.

❖ Focused and streamlined customer contact and shared service centers and promoted corporate synergies for significant savings on the annual provider certification program.

❖ Promoted twice over this period, in recognition of the contribution to this key corporate contract (>100 million USD / >10% of the company’s annual revenues).
